What makes the GraphicBrain.com search engines so unique? Well, they are combining the expertise of Google on search with the expertise of VIGC on the printing industry. Thanks to the expertise of VIGC (the Flemish Innovation Center for Graphic Communication) there is a filter applied to the results Google provides, so you won't get millions of results that aren't relevant to you, but a more limited amount of results, which are probably all relevant. So there is less contamination. Which means that you'll find what you need much faster.
Magazine Articles and News
With this search engine you can search the archives from nearly 100 relevant magazines and news sites. Included are magazines on printing and prepress in general, but also screen printing, flexo printing, digital printing (incl. LFP, WFP), packaging printing, mailing, ... Among these are: WhatTheyThink.com, American Printer, Graphic Arts Monthly, Printing Impressions, Publish, Book Business Magazine, Converting Today, Ink World Magazine, Label and Narrow web, Package Design, Big Picture, Wide Format Imaging and Mailing Systems Technology.
Vendors (beta)
With this GraphicBrain.com search engine you can search within the websites of some 3.500 vendors of equipment, software, consumables, ... Local distributors are not included in this database, the reason is that we try to avoid duplicates as much as possible this way. Our database is based upon the exhibitors of major events (drupa, GraphExpo, Fespa, SGIA, On Demand, ...) and important lists like the JDF Marketplace.
Please keep in mind that we place a filter on top of the normal search results Google provides. So if it's not in the Google database, you won't find it here! During our tests we found that from some vendors only a limited part of their website is in the Google database.

Online Forums
With this one, you can search the online archives from some 20 online discussion forums. Please note that some very interesting discussion forums, like PrintPlanet, are e-mail based and don't have public archives available. So we can't search those... However following are included: Planet PDF, Prepress forums, Flexonet, Color forums, Adobe forums, ICC users and plenty of other ones.
Blogs
Here are some blogs that are of interest to the industry. We have to admit that the number of blogs is rather limited at this moment. The most important ones are: PrintCEO blogs, Adobe blogs, Gilbane and Publishing 2.0.
